Who Poole Suits, And Where Members Travel From
Our biggest and most versatile site suits people who want more than a quick workout - HYROX training on official Centr equipment, full free-weights strength work, and room to move through a circuit. Plenty of members book it sole use rather than monthly, and some travel in from further afield specifically for the HYROX-specific kit. Regulars also come from Broadstone, Canford Heath, Creekmoor, Hamworthy and Upton, as well as central Poole itself. Further east, our Bournemouth Airport gym is our quietest site, capped at just 4 people.
